But we find the western festival become more popular than New Year in the recently years. some people wonder whether the Christmas will replace the Spring Festival in the future.we can find easily Christmas cards become popular with students.Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing to youngsters.Then this worry is fairly unnecessary .Why?Do we should treasure the Spring Festival forever? In my opinion ,the Spring Festival as the most influential traditional festival have important meaning for us .Several days before the new year， people begin to prepare. Farmers kill pigs，sheep，cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses are cleaned； coupletsare (春联)posted on the doors. Colorful lanterns are hung at the gate.All family members will get together on New Year Eve to have a big meal . During which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school,and shops are closed. At the same time ,everyone celebrates to each other . When people meet on the way， they say to each other "Happy New Year"..At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. At that time，children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents,uncles,aunts and so on. 　　记忆中上一次“过年”已经是几年前的事了，我并不是说前几年没过年，只是觉得再也没有那一次的年味了而已。

　　记忆中的那次过年是极热闹的。上十个人挤在外婆家中，房子很小，却有着温馨的感觉，爸爸、小舅、大舅打着扑克，爽朗的笑声不绝于耳；外婆、外公、舅奶奶、小姨、大舅妈轮着打麻将，每个人的脸上都洋溢着微笑；妈妈在厨房忙着给大家煮汤圆，小舅妈在帮她打下手；而我和表妹，在门外的白雪皑皑中跑着、笑着、闹着。街上的人不多，晚上走在路边，总是一片寂静，但你却总可以在这种寂静中感受到浓浓的年味。

　　但是，这种年味什么时候淡了呢？可能是在每人在饭桌前都捧着手机刷着微博的时候，可能是春晚不再好看的时候，可能是长沙的冬天不再下雪的`时候，也可能是人们急于在网上给那些不太熟的朋友新年祝福而忘记家人的时候。过年，仿佛变成了一个任务，一个每年一次的例行任务，人们提着大包小包的礼物送人，于是送礼就变成了攀比；人们选礼物越来越喜欢上网购买，于是网商大肆利用这次机会开创了什么“年货节”，大捞了一笔，于是选礼变成了商业契机。

　　年味的消失难道就意味着人们对春节已经越来越轻视了吗？当然不是，只是在现在这样日新月异的时代，电子产品早已经充斥了我们的生活，如同寄生虫一般与我们“相依相随”，其实说到底，科技的发达才是导致年味变淡的主要原因。

　　说到新年的习俗，我想我不需要多说，我们都知道什么：炸馒头，熬夜，吃饺子，新年。然而，在不同的地方，新年的习俗是不同的，让我告诉你我祖母的'新年习俗！

　　奶奶家位于江西省福州市东乡区，那里的过年习俗与我们西峡的习俗大不相同，我就挑两件给大家讲讲吧！

　　包包子

　　说到油馒头，大家一定很清楚是二十六，油馒头，奶奶家是二十六，包子。在奶奶家过年，不是吃油馒头，而是吃馒头。另外，包子的时候，全家人要坐成三桌包子：孩子一桌，女人一桌，男人一桌。坐好后，就可以包馒头了。我先拿起一块米粉放在左手上，右手拿着勺子，从馅盆里挖出一点馅，放在米粉中间，然后小心翼翼地把馅包起来，捏出一个形状。我的第一个馒头包好了。之后，我继续按照这个方法包，直到所有的米粉都包好了。

　　沙公沙婆

　　说到沙公沙婆，这是奶奶家过年必不可少的一件事，那就是除夕早上，她带着祭品去沙公沙婆庙祭拜。祭品包括红鲤鱼、鸡、酒、猪肉、葱、鞭炮、香纸和香。而且每件事都盖着一张红纸，至于为什么，那我就不知道了。祭拜的步骤是：

　　1、首先将祭品放在相应的‘位置；

　　2、点燃香火，崇拜三拜；

　　3、点燃香纸，烧一堆；

　　4、放两个鞭炮。这些步骤一一完成后，就可以回家了。
